Key responsibilities include:

• Leading whole-school improvement initiatives relating to teaching, learning and curriculum development.

• Overseeing curriculum pathways, including AQA and ASDAN accreditation.

• Leading the school's quality assurance, self-evaluation and improvement planning processes.

• Monitoring and analysing educational performance data to drive informed decision-making and school improvement.

• Holding leaders accountable for standards, outcomes and the quality of provision.

• Contributing to the School Development Plan and Self-Evaluation Framework.

• Ensuring compliance with Independent School Standards and supporting inspection preparation.

• Leading and developing staff through performance management, coaching and professional development.

• Promoting a strong culture of safeguarding, student welfare and professional accountability.

• Deputising for the Headteacher when required and providing visible leadership across the school.

You will bring:

• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation, policy and best practice.

• A flexible, resilient and solution-focused approach to leadership.

Above all, you will be committed to achieving the very best outcomes for students, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion, and working collaboratively with colleagues, families and stakeholders to ensure every student is supported to realise their full potential.
