JOB PURPOSE The York School is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing HR team in a newly created position. We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, takes pride in delivering exceptional service, and is excited to contribute to a positive employee experience. Reporting to the Associate Head, Human Resources, you will support the day-to-day delivery of HR services, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, and a range of HR programs and initiatives. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, takes initiative, and brings a strong sense of ownership to their work. You ask thoughtful questions, enjoy figuring things out, and don't wait to be asked before taking action. You are resourceful, organized, and attentive to the details, but also interested in understanding the bigger picture and finding better ways of doing things.
