Five Islands School

Australia has government, Catholic, and independent school sectors across six states and two territories, each managing its own curriculum within a national Australian Curriculum framework (Foundation to Year 10). Overseas teachers typically apply for a Skilled Migrant visa (subclass 189 or 190) or a Temporary Skill Shortage visa (482). Teaching is on Australia's Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List, supporting permanent residency pathways.
