We require a Transition, Outreach & Inclusion coach with the knowledge, understanding and skills to ensure that all students successfully progress through River Tees Primary and make a successful transition to their next stage of education. The Transition and Inclusion Coach will work collaboratively with our local schools to provide transition and outreach support for primary pupils.
