Hamilton School is seeking a Thrive Support Worker to support positive student behaviour and wellbeing across the school. Working as part of a dedicated Thrive team, you will deliver targeted interventions and provide day-to-day behaviour support, helping to create a calm, safe and purposeful learning environment. This role is central to ensuring students are supported to regulate their behaviour, engage in learning and develop resilience.Key Responsibilities Deliver 1:1 Thrive sessions and targeted group interventions to support emotional regulation and address underlying causes of behaviour
