We are looking for friendly, approachable and calm individuals to join our team as a teaching & learning support practitioner. Previous experience of working in an SEMH environment and managing pupil behaviour would be an advantage.The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate that they can build and maintain successful working relationships with learners and treat them consistently and with respect and consideration.Ideally you will have or be working towards NVQ level 2 or 3 for Teaching Assistants or have an equivalent qualification or experience.A minimum of Level 2 Basic Skills
