Working closely with the SENDCo, teachers, parents and external professionals, you will play a vital role in ensuring students receive the support they need to thrive both academically and personally. About the Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work with students on a one-to-one basis, in small groups and within the classroom, helping to remove barriers to learning and promote positive outcomes for all.
