English and Maths qualifications to Level 2 (GCSE A-C), or equivalent. A Teaching Assistant Qualification, or equivalent. Experience of working with children ideally in a SEND setting. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Confidence in using IT systems and software relevant to the role. A commitment to safeguarding and supporting the wellbeing of pupils.
