As SENDCo at Concordia Academy, you will manage the provision for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND), including promoting high-quality teaching, effective use of resources, and high standards of learning and achievement for all pupils. You will work with and alongside all members of leadership and the inclusion team to ensure effective provision for all pupils with additional needs and ensure that all children are effectively safeguarded. Although previous SENDCo experience would be an advantage, we are looking for an individual who is willing to learn
