About You We are looking for someone who: Is passionate about safeguarding and improving outcomes for children and young people.Has experience of working with children, families or vulnerable individuals.Can build positive relationships with pupils, parents/carers, staff and external professionals.Has excellent communication, organisational and record-keeping skills.Can manage sensitive situations with professionalism, integrity and empathy.
