Pastoral Manager - KS4

We are seeking to add an additional Pastoral Manager to our Key Stage 4 team, following the promotion of the current postholder to a more senior role within our Trust. As a Pastoral Manager, you will work with students in Years 10 and 11 as part of a team of four people, solely focused on achieving the best pastoral care possible as they enter their exam years.
