The Headteacher and Governors are looking to appoint an exceptional and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support the complex teaching and learning needs of 2 KS1 children. These children require a high level of support for communication and language as well as cognition and learning. You will need to be adaptable and be able to amend lesson plans / prepare resources which will enable the children to succeed at all levels.
