Experience supporting learners in a Specialist FE college, a general FE college or secondary school environment Ability to adapt support methods to suit a variety of learning styles and educational levels Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience of leading a small team Experience of providing personal care for students to enable them to access education Experience with post-16 curriculum pathways including vocational/ technical training and apprenticeships Familiarity with assistive technology and inclusive learning tools Level 2 English and Maths Qualification or Equivalent
