We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher to join our Pastoral team as a Head of Year . Our Head of Year’s have a reduced teaching timetable to ensure that they are able to appropriately support their year group and tutors in order to give students the ability to fulfil their potential.The role of the Head of Year is an integral pastoral role it includes supporting students with positive behaviours, safeguarding, improving attendance, and encouraging participation in House events.
