Oak Learning Partnership is seeking an ambitious and compassionate Head of School to provide visible, day-to-day leadership of our Alternative Provision school. Operating at Deputy Headteacher level, under the strategic direction of the Executive Headteacher and Director of Inclusion, you will lead school improvement and ensure pupils receive a safe, high-quality, personalised education that helps them re-engage with learning and achieve positive next steps. You will lead teaching and learning, curriculum delivery, safeguarding, behaviour and attendance, creating a calm, inclusive environment
