The Ruth Gorse Academy is seeking to appoint a dedicated, resilient and highly motivated Attendance Officer to join our pastoral team. This is a key role within the academy, focused on promoting excellent attendance and punctuality, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to achieve their full potential. The successful candidate will work closely with students, families, pastoral leaders and external agencies to identify and remove barriers to attendance. They will monitor attendance data, support intervention strategies, conduct home visits where required and build positive relationsh
