The advert
We seek to appoint an Attendance Mentor to join an established team who support students with their attendance. Ideally the successful candidate would have experience in an educational setting or attendance field. This role will be incredibly fulfilling but equally as demanding. We require someone who has strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate in a patient and calm way, whilst smiling and remaining positive throughout.
