The Opportunity We’re seeking a detail-oriented SAP Procurement Specialist to support global users of SAP S/4HANA (MM). You’ll play a key role in keeping procurement operations running smoothly resolving queries, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting system workflows, access, and vendor management. This is a high-volume, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, process-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Provide front-line support for SAP procurement queries and transactional issues (PR, PO, MIGO, GR/IR) Maintain approval workflows, hierarchies, and procurement data integrity Manage SAP user access, roles, and security compliance Administer vendor master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance Support reporting, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives Deliver user training and collaborate with global stakeholders Essential Skills & Experience SAP S/4HANA MM expertise (Procurement / P2P), ideally SAP certified Strong hands-on experience in SAP operational/system support Knowledge of workflows, master data, and access controls Ability to manage high-volume queries and troubleshoot issues effectively Advanced Excel skills (data tracking, reporting, analysis) Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills with a service-oriented mindset Desirable Experience with SAP Finance / Projects / Grants International or NGO experience Additional languages (e.g. French or Spanish) Location: This can be flexible where Plan International has an office* that can employ on behalf of the Global Hub and you have the pre-existing right to work and live *Applicable locations include: Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Central African Republic, China, Colombia, Denmark, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Finland, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Haiti, Honduras, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Jordan, Kenya, Korea, Laos, Lebanon, Liberia, Malawi, Mali, Moldova, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Norway, Paraguay, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, South Sudan, Sudan, Sweden, Switzerland, Tanzania, Thailand, Timor-Leste, Togo, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, US, Vietnam, Zambia, Zimbabwe Type of Role: Permanent or maximum fixed term contract as per employing office’s standard terms and conditions.
