New Generations School (NGS) represents a rare opportunity to help build a new public charter school from the ground up and shape its educational model, culture and long-term impact. Opening in northeast Calgary through a phased implementation beginning in September 2027, NGS will ultimately serve approximately 1,900 students from Kindergarten through Grade 12 and is designed to respond to the needs of one of Canada's fastest-growing and most diverse communities. Founded on the belief that every student deserves both high expectations and high levels of support, NGS is committed to helping students discover their potential, pursue meaningful pathways, and thrive academically, socially, and personally. NGS is being built as a highly collaborative institution, drawing on partnerships across public education, post-secondary institutions, industry and community organizations to bring the best available expertise and opportunities to students.
