Teaching Maths is like showing someone how to cook. Instead of simply handing them a recipe, it's about helping students understand why certain ingredients fit together, encouraging them to experiment with different approaches, and building their confidence so they can create their own solutions independently. As a leader in Maths, the role goes one step further.
