As our school continues to grow across both our Primary and Secondary provisions, we're looking for talented teachers who want to be part of an ambitious, supportive team where every student's progress is celebrated.
This is more than a teaching role. It's an opportunity to help students build confidence, communication skills, independence, and lifelong success in an environment where they are truly understood.
Whether your experience is in mainstream or specialist education, if you're committed to inclusive practice and making a lasting difference, we'd love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies to maximise achievement
• Working closely with families and multi-disciplinary professionals
• Promoting student wellbeing, positive behaviour and personal development
What We’re Looking For
• Hold QTS (or equivalent teaching qualification)

• Have high expectations for every student's potential
• Be a strong communicator who builds positive relationships
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Be reflective, resilient, and committed to continual professional development

You’ll be supported to innovate and bring ideas to life as part of a multidisciplinary team, working with specialists, therapists, and families to deliver a holistic education where wellbeing, communication, and social development are as important as academic progress.
