We are seeking passionate and capable Head of Departments who can provide strong instructional leadership, build collaborative teams and translate school priorities into meaningful improvements in student learning and engagement. Applicants with experience in leading curriculum, teaching and learning; senior schooling; or student services and support are encouraged to apply. We value leaders who can lead improvement, use data to inform practice, develop staff capability and establish consistent, high-quality processes that respond to the diverse needs of our students.
