We are seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and highly motivated Head of Department - Teaching and Learning to lead and inspire a culture of excellence in teaching and learning across our school. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Teaching and Learning team and leave your mark in some new work aimed at improving student engagement at Glenala State High School. As Head of Department - Teaching and Learning, you will provide strategic educational leadership, drive curriculum development and implementation, and support teachers to deliver high-quality, evidence-informed teaching practices that improve student engagement, achievement and wellbeing.
