The Opportunity Reporting directly to the Head of School. the CSEO will provide executive leadership in advancing a comprehensive, data-informed enrolment strategy that strengthens demand, expands our reach and supports the long-term sustainability of GNS. Working collaboratively across the school, you will: Lead strategic growth: Develop and execute a multi-year enrolment strategy, identify emerging opportunities and strengthen GNS's competitive position across domestic, international and boarding markets. Elevate the family experience: Champion a personalized, relationship-centred approach to admissions, engagement and retention that fosters meaningful and lasting connections with families. Drive informed decision-making: Leverage market intelligence, financial insights and performance data to guide strategic priorities, enrolment planning and organizational growth.
