We are seeking a passionate and committed practitioner to join our inclusive schools. The role is non-class based and is across the federation. We need a SENDCo who: Has a track record of improving and growing SEND provision within schools.Has proven experience with SEND children from EYFS to KS2.Is a resilient leader who can positively manage difficult and emotional conversations and communications with our families.Has a wealth of experience and deep knowledge of SEND provision, legislation, and inclusive teaching strategies.Has a proven track record of leading, shaping, and innovating SEND
