We are looking for a positive, experienced and committed individual to lead our engagement team. The Engagement Lead will support the School Leadership Team in promoting positive behaviour and developing consistent systems and practices so that students can learn in a safe and secure environment. The Engagement Lead will play a pivotal role in supporting our pupils to access learning, develop social and emotional skills, and fully engage with the school curriculum.
