Working closely with the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) and Headteacher, the postholder will oversee and support a team of Deputy DSLs, ensure robust safeguarding systems are in place, and act as the key liaison with external agencies.This role requires advanced safeguarding expertise, a deep understanding of statutory guidance such as Keeping Children Safe in Education, and experience in supervising others.
