Our ideal candidate: Holds a NCFE CACHE Level 3 Award in Childcare and Education or equivalent (or equivalent) Has experience working in an Early Years setting, with knowledge of child development and the EYFS curriculum Demonstrates strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues Shows excellent organisational and behaviour management skills Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
