Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)

The Governors of Morecambe Bay Community Primary School are seeking a committed and skilled Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated pupil support team. This is a key role in improving outcomes for our most vulnerable pupils and ensuring every child thrives both academically and emotionally.Working as part of the pupil support team you will support teaching and learning alongside wider pastoral provision. The role includes planning and delivering targeted interventions, supporting behaviour and working closely with children and families to remove barriers to learning (including at
